The hotel's location is very convenient, especially for travelers coming from Heathrow Airport. It is not far from anything via foot or the tube, and it is very close to the Gloucester Road tube station.

There were some issues with noise in certain rooms during the night, which could disrupt a good night's sleep for some guests.

Nice hotel, good value, what else to wish for. We enjoyed the balcony, it was small. Gloucester road metro station is just a walk down to the place, some 5 minutes on foot. Location was so close to major attractions and also victoria and albert museum, which is 5 minutes walk away.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a marvellous area in the Gloucester Road, and just a stone's throw away from the Grocester tube station. We loved how it was nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling city. The service at this place was top-notch, with helpful staff and an English doorman who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the range of amenities available in the rooms, such as air conditioning, in-room safe, television, and telephone.

This hotel is a great choice for families.

My flight was cancelled and this is totally beyond my control. Yet the hotel is not prepared to either waive my payment or allow a rescheduling of my stay to another date in the near future. Truly disappointing, especially if you home currency is at r12 to the pound stirling.

Each time upon checkout it has been said that I have taken drinks from the mini bar which I have not. This is enough to keep me from returning to Harrington Hall.

Very close to the Gloucester Road underground. The room was spacious. The lobby and restuarant area were modern, comfortable and inviting. The area surroundign the hotel is great for food, pubs and entertainment. Great location

Great location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff During our recent city trip, we had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with an excellent location. We were able to easily access the metro system and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. the rooms were cozy and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist us in any way they could.

We had a really comfortable rooms and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. There were lots of nearby restaurants to eat at and we were able to walk to lots of museums, Harrods and the Royal Albert Hall.

The location of the hotel served my purpose a lot. It was very close to the underground station, the museums, and central London.

Really, one thing only that I did not like in the hotel, the shower. I don't like the bath tub showers; it is very slippery and dangerous.

The rooms are tired, staff indifferent and the king bed was very uncomfortable.

The Location was very close to the Gloucester Rd Tube Station. The Staff were were friendly and helpful, they helped us switch rooms from a twin to a double upon request and looked after our luggage until we had to leave for the Airport.

The decor was very busy, and more suited to mature guests tastes, but all in all it was ok.
