My flight was cancelled and this is totally beyond my control. Yet the hotel is not prepared to either waive my payment or allow a rescheduling of my stay to another date in the near future. Truly disappointing, especially if you home currency is at r12 to the pound stirling.
location is good- close to tube station and food.
Each time upon checkout it has been said that I have taken drinks from the mini bar which I have not. This is enough to keep me from returning to Harrington Hall.
Very close to the Gloucester Road underground. The room was spacious. The lobby and restuarant area were modern, comfortable and inviting. The area surroundign the hotel is great for food, pubs and entertainment. Great location
Overall very good but the room i stayed in looked a little dated.
Bad service during Breakfast, I had to take my coffee by myself Breakfast was cold. Bakon hard. WiFi Service too expensiv
We had a really comfortable rooms and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. There were lots of nearby restaurants to eat at and we were able to walk to lots of museums, Harrods and the Royal Albert Hall.
The location of the hotel served my purpose a lot. It was very close to the underground station, the museums, and central London.
Really, one thing only that I did not like in the hotel, the shower. I don't like the bath tub showers; it is very slippery and dangerous.
The location was convenient, the superior room comfortable, all in all, a good value.
The rooms are tired, staff indifferent and the king bed was very uncomfortable.
The Location was very close to the Gloucester Rd Tube Station. The Staff were were friendly and helpful, they helped us switch rooms from a twin to a double upon request and looked after our luggage until we had to leave for the Airport.
The decor was very busy, and more suited to mature guests tastes, but all in all it was ok.
Location was great. The staff and hotel were really welcoming.
price service and toilet
Defenetly can recommend to anyone.
The room was old and materials where worn
Location quiet and close to the tube, lots of restaurants in the neighborhood, nice large room for us (parents and adult daughter). Only remark: the bed was too short for the husband (average size!). Kindly regards, Oerndrup, Denmark
Very little, had stayed there 8 years prior, so I re booked to find it in the hands of new owners.
Before I could check in was presented with questionnaire requesting all kinds of information, was told I could not check in unless I completed the dossier on myself. The staff seemed ill at ease, seems everyone complains. The decor and rooms had not changed in years, dowdy and peeling wallpaper, rock hard beds with threadbare linens. Out of date information in the rooms regarding internet connection, whereby a charge was levied for what should have been free WiFi. Did not even venture to the restaurant even though I pre-paid for a breakfast, of course there was no credit. The old world charm is gone ass are the concierge staff... when I asked about nearby restaurants, they produced a guide that was from 2009. In a word the place is badly run by inexperienced staff who follow strict rules which would hardly be described as customer friendly. I wont be back NH Hotels!
